About Glass Dog

The only luxury pet care agency born from lamb chops, legal headaches, and a Zillow search gone wrong.

We didn’t meet in a boardroom. We met on a rooftop.

Kessler Hotel. April 2024.

Maggie walks in, fresh from Vegas, deciding whether to stay in the pet care industry or leave it behind entirely.

Jody—her husband—is chatting with a woman offering him lamb chops off her plate.

That woman? Stella.

Lifelong fiduciary. Estate law legend.

Also: not afraid to feed strangers.

Within 60 minutes…

We were deep in a conversation about Pet trusts, Legal gray areas, Emotional chaos, and Estate liability.

And why no one had fixed any of it.

But really, this started back in 2021.

“A group of pet care staffers pulled up a client’s address from the intake form and used Zillow to see how rich he was. Just for fun. They laughed. I went ice cold.” — Maggie

That was the day it clicked:

You can’t serve people you don’t understand. And the pet industry didn’t understand wealth.

Not etiquette.

Not trust.

Not discretion.

And here’s the twist:

We had already built it. By accident.

Before Glass Dog had a name, Maggie had been designing a luxury concierge program— for five-star hotel guests.

She was deep in the hospitality world, crafting high-touch experiences for people who live quietly (and comfortably) at the top.

“I flew to Florida for my final launch meeting. On the flight home, I heard the word ‘COVID’ for the first time. Four days later, everything shut down.”

The program disappeared overnight. But the vision?

It waited.

For the right partner. The right industry. The right rooftop bar.

Then came the lamb chops. And Stella.

And a shared brainwave:

“What if this concierge model wasn’t for guests— but for the pets inside estates no one knew how to manage?”

So we built Glass Dog.

Not a pet business. A compliance-ready concierge system designed for fiduciaries, families, and the animals they love. We don’t do dog walking.

We do:

• Estate integration

• Pet trust translation

• Concierge care management

• Risk mitigation

• Property-safe pet scaping

• And peace of mind for families who really can’t afford for things to go sideways

Why we exist:

Because pets don’t wreck estate plans. Lack of planning does.

And we’re the ones who finally fixed it.

Maggie + Stella

“We built this for the people who always knew there had to be a better way—

and for the pets caught in the middle when there wasn’t.

We’ll handle the chaos. You just pass the lamb chops.”
